Golden Jubilee Palace

October 20, 2025

The Golden Jubilee Palace of Ghana, inspired by the architectural layout of the traditional Ashanti Palace, exudes grandeur and cultural symbolism. Dominating the entrance atrium is a striking daylight chandelier, a structural skylight crafted from metal and crystal, framed by colonnaded walls and intricately perforated golden bridges.

The design centers around a series of serene courtyards, with each room offering views of lush presidential gardens. The palace seamlessly integrates with the harmonious language of its masterplan, weaving together elements of tradition and modernity.

Adinkra-inspired screens, intricate reliefs in stone and metal, and shaded walkways define its aesthetic. The courtyards are meticulously paved, and the spaces enclosed with articulate precision, while elevated flying bridges ensure a seamless balance between privacy and the separation of public and private areas.

Throughout the palace, there is a dynamic interplay of light, transitioning from striking transparency to soft translucence, creating a luminous and ever-changing atmosphere.
