Horizon Incity Logistic park

March 18, 2026

Horizon Incity Logistic park is a modern, Grade-A urban logistics park developed for Horizon Industrial Pvt. Ltd., strategically located at Alipur in North Delhi with direct access to NH-44. Spread across a 14-acre site, the project is designed as a high-efficiency in-city warehousing facility that supports e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and 3PL operations requiring proximity to the Delhi consumption market and strong regional connectivity.

The development comprises approximately 360,000 sq. ft. (33,400 sq.m) of built-up space, including 22,520 sq.m of ground-floor warehouse area and 2,410 sq.m of mezzanine space for offices, storage, and operational functions. The architecture focuses on operational efficiency through large clear spans, optimized clear heights, high floor load capacity, and flexible warehouse modules that support modern logistics and storage systems.

The complex is planned as a fully serviced logistics campus with integrated support infrastructure. Key components of the development include warehouse buildings, a dedicated project/leasing and operations office, gate house, drivers’ rest facilities, fire water storage tanks with pump house, STP, and an electrical sub-station yard.

The site planning incorporates wide internal roads, organized truck, car, and two-wheeler parking areas, efficient loading docks, and clear vehicular circulation, ensuring smooth movement of heavy vehicles and safe operational flows. Infrastructure systems such as stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting, and comprehensive land development works support sustainable and resilient operations.
